You can exchange within 7 days after the purchase.

If you wish to exchange your scarf, please make sure that:
-you return it within 7 days after receiving it.
-the scarf is undamaged and has not been washed
-the original labels ar stille attached to the scarf

Yes. All articles you order from Vandiencashmere are covered by the Distance Selling Contract. You may return your order within 7 days without giving reasons. After 7 days the sale is then irrevocable.

After us receiving back the undamaged scarf, we pay back the invoice amount as quickly as possible, but no later then 30 days. We will credit it to the bank account from which you made the original payment.

It is possible to deliver you shipment to a location other than your own home address: just fill in your preferred delivery addressf during the checkout process and we’ll send your order to the address you provided. This way you can surprise one of your loved ones with a nice Vandien scarf or have your order conveniently delivered to your office.

Wir liefern grundsätzlich innerhalb von 4 Werktagen. Eine Stornierung einer Bestellung ist daher nicht möglich. Aufgrund des niederländischen Käuferschutzgesetzes können Sie die Bestellung immer innerhalb von 7 Werktagen nach Eingang ohne Angabe von Gründen zurücksenden.
